RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Despite of the high quality standards that we strive to maintain, we understand that circumstances may arise on account of which customers may not be satisfied with a given purchase for any reason whatsoever. To ensure that such customers are able to address their concerns with us, we have a refund/return policy, the details of which are outlined below.

Any item or product that a customer is dissatisfied with ought to be returned within 15 days of receiving such order for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the product. Such customer shall notify us through email or phone about his/her intention of returning a product within 7 days of forming such an intention. The concerned courier company shall then collect the package from the customers address and bear all associated costs –

In case the request is for a full refund, it shall be made in the manner in which the payment was made.If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, the refund shall be made through the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, the Cheque shall be sent by us. Cheque shall be sent only to the billing address of the customer. The refund process shall be initiated once the product is received. Typically refunds are processed within 7 working days of the receipt of the product but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the Cheque to be delivered to the concerned billing address, and for the funds to be credited to the concerned account. We shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Card holder's credit card account as that is managed by the Card holder's issuing bank.

Since delivery of cash through carriers is not possible, refunds on COD transactions shall happen through store credits/gift vouchers or through a refund in the bank account of the customer by providing the account details on the website. All refunds shall be made free of cost.

In the cases of a refund, the customer may choose to opt for any of the two choices mentioned below:

  1. Money Back – an amount of Rs 50 will be deducted for all orders above Rs 1000

  2. Store Credit – there won’t be any deductions

Refunds will only be done in the following cases:

  • If the product purchased belongs to the category of clothes and/or textiles

  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments with tags. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

  • Genuine quality issues.

  • Packages lost in transit.

  • Any discrepancy in the prices mentioned in the online catalogue and the price charged to the customer

  • In case wrong item has been shipped to a customer.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Digital products and/or in-app purchases

  • Minor design and colour variations. With clothes and textiles, there may be some variation between products.

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Additional clauses which can be included depending upon the clients requirements/needs:

  • Return and Exchanges Form, if any, should be completed and sent along with the goods.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Returns & Exchanges form if the pin code is out of pick up location.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Our endeavour at Econet.me continues to ensure that all kinds of merchandise purchased by customers are shipped to all destinations across the country in a time efficient and hassle free manner. Through a vast network of sellers spread across the country, we guarantee to deliver certified organic products within 15 working days of the order being placed. Upon the placing of an order, a verification e mail is generated which is sent to the customers email id. The same shall contain the tracking details which can be used by the customer to track the details of the delivery at any point of time. Should there be any delay in the delivery, we shall inform you by email regarding the same. Alternately customers can directly call us in case they need any assistance to track their orders. 

Our products do not come with any specific warranty specifications. They are certified products. Any damage that occurs to the shipment while it is in transit to the customer’s delivery address shall be borne by the seller/Econet.me . In the event that we engage the services of any courier company for the purposes of shipment, the liability with respect to such shipment shall be borne completely by the concerned courier company. Upon a customer’s request/complaint/enquiry, Econe.me shall immediately get in touch with such courier company and direct them to address such concerns immediately.

In the event of Econet.me returning a product on account of the customer being not satisfied with the same, the shipping charges shall be borne by the customer as per the circumstances and not the consumer of Econet.me

Econet.me takes extreme care in packaging of products but in certain situations there may be some damage to the products. In case the package shows signs of leakage or is showing obvious damage, we request you to not accept the package and return it to the courier agency immediately. Goods once used cannot be returned.

Please email us an image to farmheroes@grow2share.org within 5 days of the received damaged package so that we can take remedial steps.

Additional Clauses

  1. International shipping is not available at the moment since we have not expanded beyond the domestic boundaries of India yet.
